Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including posts, presentations and digital assets. Develop designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. Proficiency in design software (example, Canva, etc.) is essential.

Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategic social media plans to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. Curate and create compelling content for various B2B social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn etc. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Creation: Assist in content creation for various marketing channels, including blog posts, website copy, emails etc. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand guidelines.

Website Development and Maintenance- Collaborate with the Web Design team and support with website maintenance and updates.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies and positioning.

Requirements:

1. Certification in digital marketing or currently working towards one.

2. Proven experience in designing marketing creatives and proficiency in design software such as Canva, or similar tools.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for business engagement for B2B businesses.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

7. Familiarity with software consulting or related industries is a plus.

Review the Business website and social media channels.
Conduct market research for similar businesses and suggest recommendations for improvement for LinkedIn and Instagram- Recommendations must include types of post that the business should create, posting schedule, frequency of posts and hashtags.
Create 3-5 sample posts for the suggested channels for Perti using Canva or any other design tools. Samples posts must include creatives & copy and they must be optimized for SEO and readability.
