This position involves selling services to new and existing clients by phone and email, as well as coordinating with the Account Manager to find and maintain new business. The successful candidate will work efficiently and proactively to develop new business opportunities to enhance our sales pipeline. In addition, this person will be responsible for maintaining contact with our existing clients to ensure that they are getting the best service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Netflare services.
- Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with decission makers and different stakeholders.
- Generate customer leads and develop sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather pertinent data and company information for product pitches.
- Effectively communicate with customers by phone, email, social media, and other means of communication.
- Provide information about products to customers.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Able to cold call potential clients
There is a Base salary plus uncapped Commissions
